其實唔識食cheese, 我估兩款蘑菇面的芝士都一樣. 不過, 左邊的芝士較軟身, 味道淡一點. 右邊的, 可能焗耐d, 質感較硬, 混合了香草汁, 味道濃一點, 鹹一點.
parma帕爾馬薄餅($120)...prosciutto ham, ricotta芝士, parmesan芝士配以混入parmesan及rosemary的大麥糊餅底(polenta base).
薄薄的火腿, 好似好多, 但一點也不膩.
未有菜wor, 所以叫了這個蔬菜千層寬麵lasagne giardiniera($98). layers of spinach pasta filled with grilled peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, courgettes翠玉瓜, aubergine茄子 and bechamel sauce白汁.不能忽略的甜品...banoffee tortino芭樂菲果撻($45). italian tart baked with banana, almond, caramel and marsala wine sauce finished with mascarpone.
真係好好味, 是這裡最好味的甜品!
