盡量清淡
這幾天, 集中從食物入手 ...
份量少一點, 味道清淡一點.
除了早午晚三餐+水果, 差不多沒有吃過零食.
(只吃過一片豆腐朱古力, 一粒home-made朱古力和兩粒柑桔涼果)
這個lunch不錯. 蝦河粉, 卡路里不太多吧.
