10km之後
昨晚, 不到10點, 就上床睡覺了.
其實, 跑完10km之後, 大腿好痠軟, 上落樓梯都舉步維艱 ...
幸好, 今天差不多回復正常了.
可能, 上星期預習過一次, 所以適應得較好.
再次證明, 多運動一定會是好事.

10km加油
今日好凍啊!!!!!
ot完畢, 走出辦公室, 竟然手顫腳震 ...
有點擔心 ... 明天天氣如何?
雖然上星期的10km都好寒, 但感覺比今日暖和得多.
anyway, 絕不會臨陣退縮. 加油.
have a safe and happy run ^^
今晚早早休息 ... 0430起床, 0500出門, 0610前寄存好行李, 然後warm up, 0655起跑!
